Free will astrology is a column written by Rob Brezny and has been in publication for more than 28 years. He is an American astrologer, musician and has written several books. Free will astrology has been so influential since its initial publication because of the quality of the writing and its modern and more creative approach to astrology. Due to his success, he has often been imitated but no one else can pull of what he does.
I went to the website of free will astrology to read my own horoscope for the day and this is what it said: “In the film Fight Club, the character played by Brad Pitt storms into a convenience store with a gun, then herds the clerk out back and threatens to execute him. While the poor man quivers in terror, Pitt asks him questions about himself, extracting the confession that he had once wanted to be a veterinarian but had dropped out of school. After a few minutes, Pitt frees the clerk without harming him, but says that unless he takes steps to return to veterinary school in the next six weeks, he will hunt him down and kill him. In my opinion, that's an overly extreme way to motivate someone to do what's good for him. I wish I could come up with a less shocking approach to coax you into resuming the quest for your deferred dreams, Aries. Can you think of anything?”
Indeed I could see why his way of writing astrology has been widely popular and has flourished for almost thirty years already. Personally, I am a big fan of the film “Fight Club” and it’s easier to relate when something you like is integrated. The more personal it feels, the better. I look through other horoscopes as well and his way of writing is truly different than the usual daily horoscope I would read in newspapers and magazines. His approach is very innovative and I completely understand why the money hungry corporations of America would try tooth and nail to duplicate him just as they would hamburgers at fast food chains.
Browsing through his writings, I found that Rob Brezny has very good insight on a lot of things other than astrology. He has his opinions on religion, science, culture and the human mind and it can be very informative as well as entertaining. Reading through his works tell me that he is one of those free spirited radicals living in San Francisco which is one of the most liberal places in America.
If you want to read your daily horoscope and be entertained with good literature at the same time, then free will astrology is for you. It makes the age old art of astrology (they claim it to be a science I very much doubt it is) shift to the modern ages while still maintaining its traditions. It will not come as a surprise if it still remains in popularity for the entire life of Rob Brezny.
